    Returns: Accepted within 15 days from the delivery date. 25% Restocking Fee + Return Freight applies to all returns unless product is damaged.

We are very happy with our experience. Jen was very helpful with placing the order. It’s easy to communicate via phone, text and email. We received our materials in a week. One of the stair nose arrived broken. Replacement was sent right away with no additional charge. We would definitely order again from this company and recommend to our friends. Prices are also reasonable and materials are high quality.

I’m so glad I found this place! Jen is very knowledgeable about the flooring to meet your needs. We drove about a hour and half away hoping to find what we needed and we did just that. They were able to deliver right to the front door for an affordable price. Delivery was fast and simple. We placed our order Saturday afternoon and by Tuesday morning we received our flooring. The flooring was also in our budget and we got luxury flooring. We can not wait to install this week!! Thank you so much and I would recommend this place to everyone !! Thank you again .

Found them on Marketplace. Stopped in on a Saturday morning. Met with owner and a worker. Extreme polite and knowledgeable. Prices are far and away better than big box for a much better product. Highly recommend giving them a look if you’re in the market for this type of flooring. Will add photos when I get around to installing.

I took a risk to save some money and it greatly paid off. I read reviews and placed my order. I wasn't getting any updates on shipment so I was getting very nervous.. I called and was given an update and a credit back for having to wait for another shipment to come in.. a couple weeks later the flooring arrived and is amazing. This is a great family owned business and I will be purchasing from them again in the future.

Excellent service and products. My original order was delayed due to manufacturer shortage. Jenn and Rich worked with me and supplied an alternative from their warehouse stock. Also, I had 5 additional boxes that I did not use. They accepted the return with no issues.

I'm so glad I got tired of waiting on a local person to get me a flooring sample. I searched online and found this store.. I called them (just to make sure it was real) and Jenn answered (I wasn't expecting a human to answer). Even though I knew what I wanted the customer service was just better than anything I had experienced prior. She text me a photo of the floor so I could see it in person and later send me a special code, and I purchased that same day. Ultimately I saved several hundred dollars more than I could have elsewhere. I live in TN, and the shipping from out of state was still timely. They packaged it well from what I can tell so I shouldn't have any chipped corners. We are excited to have our new flooring and can't wait til we get it installed. I'd would definitely recommend this couple to anyone looking for floors. They sell MSI which is a great value for the wear layer thickness and ultimately why I chose the brand.

The personal nature of their customer service was impeccable and almost unbelievable. Jenn was so helpful in explaining the difference between two similarly labeled products. The product that I ended up purchasing was exactly what I needed. It matched my existing floors perfectly. I will be placing a new order to finish the remaining carpeted areas!

Jenn was so professional and helpful. I was worried this flooring would be impossible to find and Luxury Vinyl Flooring for Less not only had it but offered a better price than the first place I got it from. (We had a flood so we had to replace the same flooring 3 years after the initial installation.) With the warranted stress that comes along with some reasons a person could need to order flooring, Jenn kept me in the loop and completely minimized my stress! THANK YOU!
